Our company strives to bring to you the best products possible, however we have a strict returns policy.

 

Returns/Refunds Policy
Due to hygienic reasons any items supplied, opened or used cannot be returned.
Once items are picked up by the courier company we are no longer in control.
We cannot take responsibility for any damaged items should we not be notified timeously.
However if any items received were damaged need to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.
All goods that are returned needs to be in its original packaging and unopened!
The customer will be liable to pay the return delivery cost.
Sale items and vouchers are only valid for a certain amount of time ,payment confirms orders.

 

Privacy Policy
Your personal details are only required before you make a purchase, login as a guest or register on the website. Please note some of your personal information such as delivery addresses, names and contact details will be passed on to the courier company for delivery purposes.

We do not and will not sell any of your information to any third party-including your name, email address or credit card information. We want to earn and maintain your trust, and we believe that this is an absolute essential in order to do that.

However we do share your data with the following in order to get your purchase to you, as set out in this statement:

Delivery Policy
Once an order is processed, prepared and dispatched, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Main centres should receive their orders in 1 to 3 days and regional centres 2 -3 days, outlying areas may take up to 5 working days. Deliveries may take longer during the busy festive season.
